The portals winequantica.com (International E-Commerce & Global Performance Hub) and winequantica.com.br (Corporate & B2B Headquarters Brazil) represent the operational structure of Wine Quântica — administered by Ticiana Frota in technological integration with holding company GenesiX S.A. — dedicated to full multi-company e-commerce management, general payment orchestration, paid media (direct brand partners and MASGU affiliate modality), B2B corporate relations, project management, and software development team administration.

2. Intellectual Property

The Wine Quântica brand, the MASGU methodology, editorial copy, operational architectures, vector emblems, and proprietary systems constitute intellectual property owned by Kleiton Bernardino and GenesiX S.A. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

3. Independence of Client Enterprises & Referenced Operations

Direct brand partners, sector platforms, and cooperative societies referenced on our portals maintain independent legal personality and governance. Product purchases or corporate memberships conducted on partner channels are governed exclusively by each entity’s respective commercial terms and bylaws.

4. B2B Executive Dossier Submissions

Submitting an Executive Dossier constitutes a preliminary expression of corporate interest for diagnostic evaluation and commercial structuring, and does not create automatic contractual obligations prior to a formal agreement executed between the parties.
